Dinsinfectant Wipes

2 tablespoons Naturally Herbal Castile Soap

4 drops peppermint essential oil

2 drops sweet orange essential oil

2 drops rosemary essential oil

240mls water

Place a stack of 20by 20cms rags – old handkerchiefs are great – in a 1 litre Mason Jar. Combine the ingredients with the water in a bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture over the rags and keep lids tightly closed. Use to wipe down surfaces, even fridge shelves and spots on the floor – obviously using a new cloth for each activity. The rags can be washed and reused.

As the antimicrobial properties in the essential oils are key to this cleaning method they are not really optional. Those with chemical sensitivity may wish to avoid this cleaning method.
