Going back to my original passion with Flower Essences is something new for this season of Naturally Herbal. I started using Bach Rescue Remedy as a teenager and my passion for them all has grown from there.

Introduction Workshop to Bach Rescue Remedy and Make your Own Rescue Remedy - Saturday 21st March, 2026, 9.30 to 11am, Parnell Community Centre, Auckland.
6 Week Course Bach Flower Essence Course - Term 2 Evening classes of 6 weeks, Parnell Community Centre, Auckland. Limited numbers so early booking advised.New Bach Flower Essences Foundation Course at Parnell Community Centre .
Consultations for Personal Blend - booking one hour of my time we will unpack some of your story and how the Bach Flower Essences may support your return to wellness and joy.
